Shipping Policy

CTWatches.com offers free ground shipping on all orders shipping within the continental US. Watches shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must use either UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air service. Note: For certain regions of Alaska and Hawaii, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day may take longer than 2 business days and 1 business day for delivery, respectively. Watch straps are shipped via USPS unless expedited service is chosen.

Shipments going military addresses must use USPS and will incur a $14.95 shipping fee (for package up to 2 pounds and with up to $250 insurance).

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day. Please allow some additional processing time during the busy holiday season.

International Shipping

We are currently not shipping outside of the United States and Canada. Orders going to Canada are shipped either via the USPS EMS for $31 or via UPS (the rates are calculated in real time).

Note to Canadian Customers: The above shipping rates do not include any brokerage fee, duty tax, and customs fee levied by the destination country's government. Please check with your local customs office to determine these fees if any.
