Return Policy

CTWatches.com offers a 31 day money back guarantee. Our return policy is very simple. You may return an item within 31 days of receiving it as long as the item has not been worn and the original tags/wrappers has not been removed. If any gifts come with the item, you must return those gifts as well. Please contact us to get an RMA number before you send your item back. Returns sent back without an RMA number will be rejected. If you take advantage of our free shipping offer, when you return your watch, a $12 fee will apply to cover our initial shipping and handling as well as credit card processing expenses. For expensive watches such as those costing more than $600, we will charge you the actual shipping amount.

When you receive your watch, please inspect it and make sure everything is working as it should. If you find the watch to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can have it returned to us for a replacement. After 7 days, please contact the manufacturer and have the watch serviced under the factory warranty.
