If you find the same watch sold on another website for less, let us know and we will beat it by 5%, up to $15 (the following restrictions apply). Please note that the definition of price here includes any shipping and handling fees the competing website charges.

Restrictions:

1. We do not price match any website located outside of the United States
2. We do not price match auction sites
3. We do not price match if we cannot verify the availability of the item in comparison
4. We do not price match if the competitor's website doesn't have a valid phone numbe
5. We do not price match our sister sites
6. We cannot price match ShopNBC on all occasions because oftentimes the manufacturers are selling direct via this network and rarely items may be priced below our cost. We will let you know if this is the case.

To initiate a price guarantee request, simply email us at info@ctwatches.com with the link where you found the watch for less. Once we verify the site and confirm that it meets our criteria, we will email you a coupon code to use for your order.

Note: If you have already made the purchase and found the same item that you bought for less, email us the link and we will verify it and issue you credit if it meets the above criteria. Note this can only be done before the 31 day return period expires.
